G’morning everyone. How about some breakfast and some surf?


www. dann diet. com There’s nothing like starting the morning off with an epic cup of granola and huge swells coming in over the horizon. Usually I actually paddle out but this morning it was a little too big and closed out for my liking. About three weeks ago I got a concussion from surfing so I’m trying to take it easy getting back in – today was not that day, haha. Not only does Northern California get big but it’s fare sing, Especially in the mornings. As I Mentioned in the video, I was enjoying a cup of granola for breakfast (as usual). Here’s what was in it: – filled half way organic peanut butter granola – 2 mega scoops or organic creamy peanut butter – a few splashes or acai juice from Sambazon Normally I do not add the splash or Sambazon but lately I’ve just been craving That stuff. It’s sooooo good! Ultimately, what I’m here is how mobile Demonstrating this meal can be. It’s so easy to make and fits in pretty much any kind of a cup. I whipped it up in less than one minute and was out the door in time for me to Devour this within-my 45 minute mark. It’s better for you than a granola bar and it’s Easier / faster to make than oatmeal so there’s really no excuse not to try this at least once. * Side note * I took my wheatgrass shot before I drove out there.
