cold is likely to do with thyroid and low levels of iodine, nothing to do with glycogen stores lol.

@deadlifttillyoudrop I guess that DOESNT explains why my cholestrol is 150… :)

  4. durianriders says:

@msa1985 sometimes I eat an excess of 5000cals a day. Look how fat I am..:)

  5. deadlifttillyoudrop says:

Warm (high quolity organic) food stimulates the immune system, this may sound ridicuolus but it is true. You get more satisfaction from warm food. More flavonoids, estrogen fighting indoles & phytonutrients bound to the fiber of many veggies are realesed and better absorbed when cooked. Warm food triggers the predator instinct, and cold leftovers the scavenger instinct. High sugar diet makes your liver produce excessive amounts of cholesterol. The healthiest looking people eat cooked food.

@jetsung89 i wonder what the banana sellers do with all those bananas they think are over ripe, they probably bin them lol ohh the shame lol if only they knew they all knew, the riper the better! :)

  12. jetsung89 says:

@alisez1 I went to the market today to hunt for ripe bananas and couldn’t find any so I ask the store clerk if they have any really spotty ones. he wine up give me almost 10lbs of bananas for 2 us dollars and most of them were not even ripe enough. I crack up when i came home with a pile of bananas on the floor!!! :)

  13. jetsung89 says:

  18. Gary1111001 says:

@alisez1 Bananas are one of the cheaper fruits. In the western USA, that days food would cost me $11 if all organic.

  19. kegz51 says:

Thanks for the video, Harley. I have been following the Natural Hygiene style for almost a year now, and you are spot-on. The high is amazing and constantly present. Keep chugging bananas mate.

What is this obsession some people seem to have with “bulking you up”?? LOL! I do relate – I’ve had people say to me, “you’re a skinny minny, eat some meat”!! It’s funny, because health is more important than physical size, surely?!. I’ve noticed the cold thing if I undereat -it’s been a good “warning” sign to me to eat more carbs. Doesn’t happen so much now I’m getting to know how much my body needs. Really do appreciate all the helpful info you give us all – Thanks so much :)
