This is an incredible dish! If you have been looking for the red curry recipe from your favorite Thai restaurant, look no farther than here. If you do not like Tofu feel free to leave it out or substitute it. This dish is versatile and you can substitute your favorite vegetables anytime. Here are the ingredients: Toasted Coconut, coconut milk, extra firm tofu, vegetable broth, garlic, onion, ginger, sweet potato, carrots, celery, thai red chili paste, curry powder, zucchini, red pepper, green pepper, peas, cherry tomatoes, pad thai noodles, mushrooms, brown sugar, and if you like it a little salty add Braggs liquid aminos or organic tamari (at most 3 tablespoons). This is One of my favorite dishes and I hope you try and love it as much as we do!
