One Man’s Way is a 1996 documentary where Peter Singer documents the efforts and philosophies of animal rights activist Henry Spira, who is often remembered as the most effective animal activist of the 20th century. Henry Spira is most notably known for his tireless efforts to expose the the cruel animal experimentation that goes on behind doors, especially in the cosmetic industry. For any of us who still have friends and family who aren’t eating vegan, this would be a great article to share with anyone who’s on the fence about transitioning into this conscious lifestyle choice. Eating vegan is more than being trendy, doing what your friends are doing or something you do to lose weight temporarily. Eating vegan is quickly becoming a necessity. When you’ve got farmers and ranchers cloning cows and using these cloned animals to feed the public, if you ask me we’ve got a real big problem. I’d like to ask, where are the animals rights in all this? What I mean to say is where are the animal rights as a species? If anyone tried to clone human beings there would be an outrage from the public, us humans would stick up for one another but when it comes to the cows and such, nobody’s making a peep.
