description about the same as last one. 21 days of juicing, then the rest of the month on a raw veg diet. alot of exercise. . . . on average i will walk about 2 or 3 miles a day, i will run a mile twice a week. so i am staying pretty active i think considering my weight and current health. i was having some problems with pain in my knees when i was trying to run a mile every day so i cut it back and have had no problems since.
