Before IF Life Waist: 27. 5in Muffin top: 34in Arms: 11in Thighs: 21in Weight 145lbs Height:5’6. 5 After 3 weeks of IF Life Waist: 26 in Muffin Top: 31in Arms: 10 Thights: 20. 5 Weight: 135 Height(well obviously the same lol) Week 4 Challenge: Eat a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet(includes dairy and eggs) along with no grain foods at all just for a week! Vegetarian diet is god enough for daily proteins and carbs intake. . in fact it is even better to control weight. . if you are suspicious about vitamins in vegetarian diet you can always take multivitamin pills. . they are cheap and synthetically made which contain purest for of absorbable vitamins. .
