My first time eating Raw Vegan food at Live Island Cafe

I went to an amazing cafe in Long Island NY where they serve gourmet Raw Vegan food. The flavors were so rich and the presentation was artistic. It goes to show you that you don’t lose anything joining this lifestyle. . . except pounds. I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to the talented chefs and owners whom allowed me to film inside their fine establishment. I can’t wait to make my next trip out there. Marielle visits The Vegan Cafe

Marielle visits a vegan cafe with her mom and brother and enjoys a poutine (traditional French-Canadian dish made with french fries, gravy and cheese). Most people wonder what vegans eat, and mistakenly assume they can only enjoy salads, berries and twigs. LOL Going vegan is not a sacrifice; it is very easy, and you are missing nothing when you realize the wide variety of delicious, vegan alternatives which are readily available. Vegans can eat normal stuff, like burgers, chicken nuggets, cheese sticks, chili, and hot dogs; they also eat an infinite array of different, interesting and exciting dishes which are deliciously tempting, wholesome and satisfying. Not to mention good for you :-)
