I met the lovely and passionate about the environment man, Henry, when I was staying at Playa Nicuesa where Henry has worked for many years, taking guests on forest walks to explain the environment and what is happening due to climate change and also to human ignorance. Here him speak about what is happening to the rainforest in Costa Rica and how important it is to be at least vegetarian.
