Ranch Clubhouse Connection: Unique summer cuisine offered
The Ranch Clubhouse recently announced its new mid-summer lunch menu with three new appetizers, including the Ahi Poke Stack with ginger, scallions, spicy siracha, and avocado with wanton crisp and the Maryland Spicy Crab Cakes with wasabi greens, mango puree and red pepper slaw.
