I just want to share an easy and simple recipe Vegetarian dish for us. Not everyone like Tofu but we’ve been eating it for awhile, so if you’re feeling a little bit of adventure you can also try it Usually I do not measure when i cook, but here are some of the basic ingredients : 1-2 tablespoons oil 8 ounces firm tofu, cut into large chunks 1 clove garlic, minced 2 cups sliced ??baby bok choy 1/2 cup shredded carrots Salt & Pepper to taste Ginger powder Soy sauce if you like (optional) Enjoy! : D

Tonight I was throwing together a quick weeknight meal of Molly’s magnificent macaroni and cheese along with some pan fried polish sausage and decided to make this veggie side to go along with it. I wanted to share this easy and quick vegetable side dish to show you that you don’t always have to have the same old thing. Sometimes it is nice to mix things up. Literally! Get yourself a bag of frozen okra and add some tomatoes, onions and garlic and you will have a delicious and different side dish that is very common here in the south. In fact, I had never had this dish before I moved to North Carolina. I hope you try this and I hope you enjoy it. As always, Happy Eating!
This Deep Dish Peach Cobbler recipe is easy to make. In this recipe, there is no rolling or kneading of dough, and the crust is light and airy so you can focus on the goodness of the cobbler filling. The crust and the filling complement each other perfectly because the light airy crust absorbs the ingredients to make an romantic chemistry in your mouth! Don’t forget the ice cream to top on a warm bowl of this Southern delight! CRUST 1 cup all purpose flour (or Gluten free all purpose flour) 3/4 cup pastry flour (or Gluten free pastry flour) 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. of Ener-G egg replacer 1 1/2 cup milk (This serving is for the batter) 2 sticks of vegan butter (Earth Balance) FILLING 1/4 cup water 1/4 almond milk 4 cup peeled, sliced peaches 4 Tbsp. ground cinnamon 2 cup sugar 1 Tbsp. Tapioca Starch (optional, if you want thicker filling) TOPPING Vegan Ice Cream or Whipped Cream (optional)
Hi, guys! I LOVE boiled cabbage. Here is a video about how I like my vegan cabbage stew- I use a small amout of red onion & a healthy amount of garlic. . but this is all to taste. Adding a little almond, or olive oil to the heated pot, I sautee these two until soft, then add the (red) bell pepper, carrots & cook for a little while longer. . maybe ten minutes. Then I add the cabbage & potato plus enough water for broth. . salt & pepper then boil for at least twenty minutes. . then I like to add the soy bean paste & let the mixture simmer for another half an hour. Hey guys, I forgot to say that when you’re letting the tofu cook so that the water can cook off, don’t forget to stir it occasionally to check if it’s burning and to make sure it cooks evenly! Ingredients: Chopped onion (as desired) Chopped garlic (as desired) Firm Tofu (19 ounces) Canola Oil (or whatever you have in your pantry) Salt (to taste) Chili Powder (to taste) Garlic Powder (1/2 teaspoon) Black Pepper (1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon) Two (2) Goya Sazon seasoning packets Curry (1/2 to 1 teaspoon –optional) Canned (No Salt Added) diced tomatoes (or about 4 medium fresh diced tomatoes) Bread (or pita bread, crackers, roti?pretty much anything you can dip or put it on. ) Recommended: Basil or thyme Thanks so much for watching!
