Washington Street Ann Arbor, MI 48104 (734) 662-8122 While at the Ann Arbor Art Fair, I wondered down to a unique courtyard of Food Trucks, or Carts rather. The name of the fun, back yard foodery is Mark’s Carts. They had comfortable sitting, music, and everyone was so nice. I knew I would like it before I even tried the food. In Mark’s Carts there is one place in particular that I wanted to try, because they are all about the vegan! Plus, they had vegan desserts, and that is right up my ally. I decided to try the Fruit and Coconut Milk Smoothie, Blackstrap Molasses Gingersnap, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookie. My Review Fruit and Coconut Milk Smoothie I don’t know how I would have made it back to my car alive without this smoothie. In exaggerated essence, I owe this fruit and coconut milk smoothie my life. It was tasty too. The strawberry and banana flavors were very pronounced, and it was just sweet enough but not too sweet. I didn’t feel heavy are weighed down at all and it didn’t send me on a sugar high. I would sooooo buy this again. I would also like to taste it in thicker, frosty form, YUM! Blackstrap Molasses Gingersnap This cookie had the classic snap of a Ginger Snap cookie. I love ginger and this cookie tasted just like gingerbread. As soon as I put it in my mouth, I could taste the aromatics. So good! Great cookie! A must buy! Chocolate Chip Cookie I don’t care if I’m single, as long . . .
