Ground almonds. . . 3 rounded tablespoons of ground flaxseed Mix until dry ingredients are Completely mixed in Add pepper and salt Mix again Form into three large balls, or breasts, whichever you prefer Store the other two in the fridge for the next two days Weigh approx 80 grams of broccoli & 80 grams or woe Place peas in steamer (or pot or boiling water) Place a frying pan on the heat Use a little oil if you patty Place your ball / breast in the pan Flatten into a patty Shake now and again to stop it from sticking After approx 3 minutes. . .
