This is my first video and is an introduction to the “Brew’s Healthier Budget Eating” series in which I will be sharing cool and delicious homemade and semi-homemade dishes, that are both quick and affordable! “Brew’s Healthier Budget Eating” is for all brands of eaters. Those who are transitioning or thinking “the size of a mustard seed” about incorporating more fruits and vegetables in their current diets. Doing so, is very relevant to a healthy lifestyle and eliminating unnecessary ailments. Whoa, don’t get me wrong, NO ailment is necessary! So why not, avoid them while you can, by making quality decisions about your food consumption?
