Gawar Besan Dhokli – Indian Vegetarian Recipes


Ingredients – 1 cup gawar 1 cup arbi 1 tomato chopped 1 tbsp garlic chopped 1 green chilli chopped 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For besan dhokli: 1/2 cup besan 1 tbsp onion chopped 1 green chilli chopped 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 3 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation – Heat the oil. Add mustard seeds, tomato, gawar, arbi, green chilli, garlic, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. For besan dhokli, mix all the ingredients and make roundals and fry. Pressure cook.

Cabbage Tomato Curry – Indian Vegetarian Food


Ingredients – 2 potatoes 1 1/2 cups cauliflower 1/4 cup peas 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 green chilli 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/2 cup yoghurt 2 tomatoes 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 cup water 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste Preparation – Heat the oil. Add the cabbage and potatoes. Fry them. Add ginger green chillies paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix well. Add yogurt. Add tomatoes, peas and vegetables, salt, garam masala and water. Cook the mixture well.
