The festival is expected to be the biggest ever staged north of London. The event will feature 80+ stalls, vegan caterers from across the UK, cruelty-free cosmetics/toiletries, ethical clothing/footwear, campaigning organisations, live music, cookery demos, talks, a vegan bar, kids activities, special offers, free food samples, free goodie bags for the first 200 through the door and lots more! The festival will be open from 11am – 5pm at The Wolves Civic. Admission is just £1, under 16′s free.

All-Female Music Network Planet Verge claimed the life of the famous drummer Dylan Mandel men in the consumption of animal products for a month and documented the process of the chorus Web TV show on the board. The series, entitled Going Vegan is to follow Mandel at his home in Portland and car trips across the U.S., where he was to meat, eggs and dairy products cold turkey (pardon the pun is running) for his diet.
