”” Tofu Egg Salad – Vegetarian Recipe


Tofu Spread This is a nice alternative to egg salad if you are a vegetarian or a vegan. You can adapt it in many ways and is a nice way to introduce your children to tofu. It’s delicious, healthy and Nutritious. INGREDIENTS – 16oz block of firm tofu – 1/3 cup of finely chopped Chives or green onions – 1/3 cup of finely chopped celery – 1/3 cup of finely chopped bell pepper (red) – 1/3 cup of finely chopped parsley – 1/3 cup (or 2 Tbs) or Dijon mustard – 1/3 cup (or 2 Tbs) or yellow mustard – 1/3 cup (or 2 Tbs) or plain yogurt or sour cream or mayonnaise or vegenaise – 1 Tbs or Curcumin – Salt and pepper or cayenne pepper to taste. Vegan Greek Tofu Salad


www. ncpad. org Next were going to be making a greek tofu salad. So were going to start with the cubed tofu. Now Ive cubed a third of a block of tofu and Ive actually heated it in the microwave. Ok so were going to put that in here. And were going to combine everything. So weve got the red wine vinegar, the olive oil, the red onion, so lots of healthy things in here. Lots of great flavors. The tomato, the cucumber, the olives and then the spices. The oregano, the basil, the salt and the pepper. Alright so what were going to do is were going to mix this around. And Im going to show you that you can either eat this salad as is or what were going to do is were going to serve it over a bed of baby spinach, which is great. And the dressing is already in here because youve got the red wine vinegar and youve got all those spices and the olive oil. So see all those colors stirred up in there, looks great. So what were going to do is serve that here. And all of this here is 2 servings so you can have this be 2 servings but total its about less than 300 calories for this whole amount. So if youre going to eat it just yourself thatd be fine too. But you can also divide it into 2 servings which would be 145 calories and 11 g of fat. And again, youre getting that healthy fat in there with the olives and the healthy fat from the tofu and that olive oil.

Rau Va Qua (Veggies and Fruits)- watercress tofu salad (dau hu xao bo toi va salad son) part1


The purpose for this show is to promote eating vegetarian food more often and introduce to everyone many exciting fusion vegetarian dishes that I, personally designed so you guys don’t have to run out of ideas what to cook with veggies and fruits. Dau hu va dau hu kho xao bo toi hanh tay va ot xanh voi salad son tron voi nuoc sauce chua ngot. Tofu, vegetarian ham, and marinated dry tofu- Sauteed with garlic, vegetable butter, onion, green chili (jalapeno is awesome too) leek, black pepper. Watercress dressing- lemon or orange, soy sauce, chilli paste, sugar or honey, and sesame oil. I’m working on adding subtitle. I’m trying my best to update soon.
