Aloha Sangha! I see all of you beautiful people out there and it brings so much joy to my heart. Whatever label you want to call yourself whether it be raw vegan, fruitarian, vegetarian or whatever, I acknowledge that you are living or in transition to adopting a conscious lifestyle. We have so many distractions these days pulling for our attention and for many of us there isn’t a whole lot in the way of support. For a great many of you out there, you are living in households or communities that are not supportive of a conscious lifestyle and I’d like to send you an extra boost of brotherly love to so that you might keep on your path. From the time we get up in the morning to the time we lay our heads down at night there is an entire world out there begging us to step into line with the rest of society but I say to you. . . make your own way! Eating vegan, juicing, cleansing none of these lifestyle choices are considered to be in-the-norm by most of society and many people consider raw vegan or being a fruitarian exotic or extreme. For those of you reading this message I’m sure you will agree we no better than to even entertain the notion that feeding the body living foods is extreme. However, pulling up to a window on the side of a building and ordering food from a stranger full of chemicals, excitotoxins, hormones, pesticides, herbicides and shipped in from nobody knows where. . . that is extreme. Covering your skin with suntan lotion that is full of carcinogens, perfumes . . .
