5 pound veggie stir fry


This is a shorter more condensed version of my stir fry video from start to finish. If you are a clueless cook, this video will show from start to finish how to make a nutritional inexpensive vegetarian stir fry that you can add rice or meat too. I will try to post the nutritional details eventually, but suffice it to say it is about 1000 calories in the entire dish and the anti inflammatory numbers are somewhere near plus500 which makes this meal extremely heart healthy and filling.

Veggie Stir Fry with Rotini Pasta . . . for Brunch!


Vegetables – sauteed mushroom, broccoli, red peper, green pepper, mushroom garlic, or any combination of your favorite vegetable – sautee veggies in olive oil or canola oil for a few minutes – add 1 table spoon of soya sauce and some black pepper then stir Pasta – boil some rotini pasta al dente style, drain pasta in sink combine pasta in veggie pot, stir and cover for three minutes ps this dish can also be served slightly chilled, add slices of avocado and you have yourself a great pasta salad !!! THAI CHICKEN STIR FRY easy


a recipe i got from a cook book. 1 pound of frozen veggies. 1 pound of boneless chicken cut up. 1/3 cup peanut butter , 3 tbls soy sauce, crushed red pepper flakes to taste. put in microwave for 30 to 60 seconds. mix sauce with chicken and veggies and stir fry for a few minutes. serve over rice.
