www. mikelinville. com I’m getting ready to embark on a 30 day journey with the help of Brooke Preston and The Green Boheme in Sacramento, CA. In the next 30 days I will abandon processed foods and eat a raw, vegan diet while picking up daily exercise to see exactly what kind of change 30 days can make in one’s life.

WARNING: The video is a bit graphic. Viewer discretion is advised. Twitter: twitter. com Facebook: www. facebook. com South East Asia is amazingly cool, so it’s only suiting they have one of the world’s craziest festivals. Apparently it all started a thousand years ago when a Chinese Opera group travelled to Phuket, Thailand for a show. They became sick, and the locals suggested to wear white and eat vegetarian food as a remedy. It worked, and that’s how the festival started. How it cascaded into a pain tolerance festival, I don’t know, nor could I find any solid information on it, but those who take part in the sacred rituals are said to be blessed with good fortune. I’ll take their word for it. . . Enjoy this special scary halloween travel video Icon from Iconscollection. com
