Whole Foods Recipe: Kid Friendly 5-Minute Vegan Breakfast Burrito


hotandhealthyliving. com In our house mornings arent one bit relaxing and They Certainly arent anything like the commercials I see all thesis or happy, Organized familys eating a sit-down breakfast together. INSTEAD, the hospital starts calling or Andys pager starts beeping around 5:15 am He then throws on his scrubs and races out the door. Im not a morning person so it takes me till Usually around 6:00 to force myself out of bed. I then stumble to the coffee maker. While drinking my coffee I try to multi-task by unloading the dishwasher, making the beds, doing a load of laundry, etc. Three days a week I workout and the other days I try to get computer work done before Blake wakes up. I then have to hop in the shower and scramble to get dressed. Axis Im racing to blow-dry my hair Blake Usually wakes up. First thing he always says is, Im hungry. By this time Im Already totally flustered by how much Ive tried to cram into my morning and we only have about 20 minutes before its time to get him to school. And of course no matter how I try to be Organized night before the morning theres always a crisis or some sort (homework That cant be located, matching socks That cant be found, after-school sports equipment missing, etc.) Anyway, breakfast has to be FAST and easy. Rainbow Wraps – Veggie, or Raw Meat – Your Choice – Triple Delicious – Easy Whole Food Real Fast!


A fabulous way to add more raw food and phytonutrients to your everyday. Use tortillas, whole raw savoy cabbage leaves or nori sheets for wrapping with spicy hummus or cream cheese spread and fill with a rainbow of veggies. Make your spread “glue” MWL Spice Blend with 2 tbsp mixed in 1 cup cream cheese OR OR hummus raw sprouted hummus. Recipes for Raw Vegan Cream Cheese and other spreads below. MWL Hummus Recipe: Vegan or Raw Vegan as Desired. 1 cup chick peas or garbanzo beans / drained cooked or raw sprouted – (with raw sprouted chick peas add a few cashews to soak the rich to give it more softness.) Juice or half a lime soft yello wish. 1 tablespoons tahini (raw brown unhulled if Desired) 1 big clove organic purple garlic sea salt to taste 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or hemp oil Throw everything in the blender and whir it together. Add a few tbsp water as needed to blend. Stir in 2 Tbsp Spice Blend MWL and let marinate 1-2 hours to let flavors blend. For Vegan Cream Cheese: 1 350g block extra firm organic tofu blended with 1 jar nayonaise / veganaise. Gorgeous. . . for dip or spread. Add a little less if you want it nayonaise Thicker. For Raw?
