@PaulM7224 How is this at all plausible: “You can potentially be more destructive to environments and cause more suffering to animals with a vegan diet.” ?
Thank you for your thoughtful comment, Ningishara. My response to you, is, precisely. “For profit.” The profit comes from us, the consumers. We underestimate the power in that position. Corporations will never lay down in defeat, but that’s OK, too. Change always comes in steps and through the people.

I love your videos and for the most part agree with your philosophy but do you really think if we “vote with our dollar” and go vegan “Corpornations” will laydown in defeat? Farming and herding are both pillars of civilization and by removing one, all of the worlds Corpornations will focus on the bottom line with the other and we will see similar gross negligence. The enviornmental solution is not in carnivorous or herbivorous eating habits but eradictating industrial agriculture for profit.
(This is not an argument for factory farming).
The fact is that humans were meant to eat animals. It’s sad but true.
I admire your compassion for all sentient beings but I think you should focus your criticism towards the source problem: industrial agriculture.
When you look at that plate of food in front of you, something died for it to be there. Even if it’s a loaf of bread. You can potentially be more destructive to environments and cause more suffering to animals with a vegan diet.
