    @vitalvegan That’s per day. As a general guide, the recommended dietary allowance (RDA), in the USA, for protein is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight of adults.

    sorry unfinished fact around 2:10 ……. 40 – 70 grams of protien….. per day? meal? and what is this source that says you need this?
